With great skill and attention to detail, the glass is mouth-blown into the mould (and may contain air bubbles as a result of this artisanal method) and features vertical ripple lines that give it a classic, on-trend feel.

The Ripple range offers the full complement of drinkware options: take your pick from a set of six wine glasses, tall or short (stackable) tumblers, a pair of coupe glasses – great for cocktails or desserts – or a carafe, which includes a drinking cup.

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and the best possible rate will be displayed in real time. 

Please note that we can sometimes send your items from multiple locations. In this case you might receive 2 parcels. An email will be sent to inform you if this is the case so that you know what to expect. 

Good things take time, but we promise, it will all be worth it!

Our shipping policy varies from product to product as we have a collection of exquisitely made items from different parts of the country. All our products are made locally and the highest quality ensured, therefore product lead times are important to note.

Approximate delivery times after fulfilment (in addition to product lead time)

If you live in a main city centre then approximate shipping time is 1-3 working days, nationwide.

If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7+ working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.

Please note that you might receive your order in multiple deliveries based on where the items are stored, so please do not be alarmed when you receive partial orders at first.

Due to our collaboration with multiple suppliers, our returns policy is product specific, please see the appropriate policies below.

We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction from entering the store to after sales customer support., please follow this link to see more details. Return policy page 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
• Products will only be considered for refund or exchange if unused and undamaged and in their original condition.
• No products will be considered for refund or exchange 30 days after date of invoice.
• In the unlikely event of product being defective, it can be returned within a period of 6 months after date of invoice. Defective items will be considered for exchange once inspected and signed off as defective by a quality assessor.
• No returns, replacements or exchanges will be considered on product after 6 months of invoice date.
• For public health reasons we cannot accept returns on the following items: Bedlinen, Towels, Crockery, Cutlery.
• Product can be returned to us or collected by our courier for return.
• All products received for return/exchange consideration will be inspected prior to authorisation granted for exchange /refund or credit.
• All product collected by courier for refund or exchange will carry a non-refundable collection fee of R250.00. The collection fee will be charged per item collected and deducted from the original invoice amount.

Please ensure that the below is complied with prior to product being presented for return or exchange:
• Copy of original invoice presented.
• Original price tag presented.
• Product still in original packaging or similar acceptable packaging.
• In the event of a refund it will be processed with the same tender as original Invoice.

Point to consider prior to requesting a refund/exchange or credit:
• Rugs with a width variance of +/-3% cannot be returned for credit, exchange.
• Dye lots variation may occur in all rugs and are unavoidable.
• Products were used for their intended purpose and are not damaged as a result of usage.
• Products were cared for and cleaned as per care and cleaning instructions.
